Summary
I am a participatory leader and seeking a position where I can lead a team towards efficiency. As a seasoned health care professional, I am looking to grow as a change agent in a mid-level leadership position. My leadership skills include frontline tactical and technical support in these auxiliary disciplines within healthcare and health insurance spaces: Voice of the customer, escalations, and resolutions, along with Carelogic EMR systems, and customer satisfaction.

●State of Georgia Clayton County Service Board Medical Assistant/Front Desk (March 16, 2020- February 26, 2021).
Progressively promoted in this role. Established standard operating procedures for managing all front-line processes including but not limited; COVID19 protocols, operation staff and medical personnel.
Check-in, appointment calendars for over (5000) clients and (100) medical personnel, file maintenance, customer and client care services, managing incoming telecommunications and email.
Pride Staff Call Center Agent (April 22, 2019- March 3, 2020)
As a Call Center Agent for Pridestaff, my time at DG Connections was spent dealing with the Medicare and Medicaid population conducting surveys. My time there offered me the opportunity to change the workplace, making it more enjoyable, relaxed, while getting the job done. Gaining several accolades as “Top Agent” of the week several times, my customer service skills grew, where I would easily transfer those skills to aid me on my journey with the State of Georgia.
●Remington House Medication Technician, Full-time (April 27, 2017 – August 27, 2018)
At Remington House as a Medication Technician grew my love for the community and the elderly population. Supporting them through daily tasks, helping them take their medications, and providing emotional support when needed, enhanced my love for helping others-specifically their population. Remington House taught my conflict resolution skills, along with multitasking and time management skills that I carried into my job with both Pridestaff and Clayton County Community Service Board.
HB Real Estate Investing Firm Sales Rep Assistant (August 2015-September 2016)
Scheduling appointments, making calls often, and venturing out to view and show houses provided me with the skills needed to see and maintain multiple people at a time. Front Office Representative for a small company for nearly a year established a deeper level of quality care and time management. Offering excellent customer service in this setting is a skill that comes naturally for me. A year later, I would transfer this skill toward my Nursing Assistant and Medication Technician job.
