Reviews title commitment to assure names, amount, and exceptions meet requirements.

Establishes written procedures that streamline the mortgage process, remove redundancy, and expedite closings while maintaining underwriting standards.

Establishes performance standards for mortgage loan coordinators and monitors performance on a continuing basis in order to ensure that productivity and quality goals are being achieved.

Coordinates mortgage processing procedures with loan officers to ensure a smooth transition between origination, processing and closing prior to underwriter review.

Enforces and adheres to established department and organization policies, procedures, objectives, and quality standards to ensure consistent operations of the mortgage process.

Analyzes risk potential and make sound lending judgments on mortgages and home equity loans.

Interviews loan applicants to determine their financial needs and overall credit worthiness with proficiency in all loan products, including secondary market mortgages, portfolios, and home equity.

Maintains relationships with outside mortgage companies, real estate agencies, builders, and home improvement companies to secure referral business.

Creates and implements loan processes, which exceed short- and long-term goals.

Vast experience in a Business Development banking environment.

Builds, develops, and maintains profitable lending relationships with new and existing customers.

Profound knowledge of asset and investment management styles, and asset allocation techniques.

Familiarity with business lending practices, loan documentation, and loan servicing requirements.
