Manage Global Trade Compliance Export Compliance processes to ensure adherence to global Customs regulations (EAR, ECCN, ETAR) and partnering Custom agencies while facilitating the inbound and outbound movement of shipments. HTS Classifications reviews.

Understand and interpret US Import and Export regulations, partner with government agency requirements and Harmonized Tariff of the United States.

Collaborated with other supply chain functions as needed including purchasing, demand planning, inventory planning, and customer service.

Review and request tariff codes updated in the company’s manufacturing software (IFS).

Managed all export Air and Ocean shipments and provided required documents to Air and Ocean carriers. (SLI, Commercial Invoices and Delivery Notes)

Manage and control all logistics bookings for the transportation department.

Work with other departments to obtain Harmonized Tariff classifications.

Reviewed incoming orders and worked with purchasing to obtain materials for production.

Worked directly with the company’s stock supervisor to maintain stock levels UpToDate

Assigned to temporarily cover for the Stock Lead Position. In charge of all stock movements, stock daily and weekly inventory control, engineering change updates and working as liaison with the shipping department and the logistics department.
