Director of Programs & Facilities (2020-2022)

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of 34-bed homeless shelter and food program, including human resources, facilities maintenance, employee development, and staff management.

• Supervised 17 shelter programs staff that includes Case Managers, Housing Specialists etc.,

• Create and implemented shelter documentation among program areas and implement training materials for staff.
