Report to: Project Director- Construction and Projects Deliverables. Responsibilities:

• Built to the project budget preparation and monitor financial performance versus the budget.

• Undertake full design management and development process and manage design teams in the development of design solutions and lead procurement, construction, commissioning, and the adoption.

Bahrain Marina Development

Located at the Al Fateh Marina in the capital of Bahrain, it’s a 5-Star Luxury Hotel (Shangri-La Hotels) and Resorts Hospitality and Mixed-Use Development that has been profiled into Utility Buildings, Marine Works, Entertainment, F&B, Retail and Freehold Apartments Building, Yacht Club, Luxury 5-Star Service Beach Resort, Basement, to include Car Parking Spaces, and Infrastructure and Landscaping. The area is 63,000 square meters and the value of BD 170 million. The Project started in March 2021 and is ongoing. Achievement:

• Successfully lead and completed the post-tender evaluation and negotiation and awarded the project to the selected contractor.

• Successfully led the Value Engineering process and achieve a cost saving of circa BD1.5 million.

Al HIDD Bay Development Reclamation and infrastructure works. The project is located in the northeast of Bahrain and is approximately 31,000 square meters in size and the budget is BD 35 million. The project duration was 36 months and work are completed and handed over in December 2022. Page 3 of 6

Responsibilities and Achievement:

• Coordinate with different stockholders and authorities and successfully obtained the reclamation permit and start the project on the targeted date.

• Led the execution and construction teams on site and developed the project plan, budget, and cash flow forecast in line with the agreed strategy.

• Report and update the project risks, implement mitigation plans, and prepare the monthly progress report.

• Participate to finalize project claims and provide inputs.

• Prepared and issued the design service RFP, appointed the design consultant, and started the pre-contract stage on the targeted date and within the estimated budget and timeline.

• Prepared the Tender Documents, completed the procurement management stage, and appointed the infrastructure contractor as targeted.

• Led the project, attended the weekly progress meeting for each package, and ensured the successful completion in line with the schedule baseline and approved budget. Lead the communication with authorities and stakeholders to ensure smooth handing over.

• Successfully appoint the design consultant and tendered the electrical, civil, and cabling packages with a cost saving of 5%.

Investment Gateway Bahrain IGB-Phase -2 Reclamation, shore protection, and coastal structures. The project is an island located in the Northern East of Bahrain, of 2.55 million square meters. The project is the largest in Bahrain. Dredging, reclamation, and shore protection work completed in March 2022. The project value is BHD 30 million.

Bahrain Royal Courts Projects (Special Projects)

Wady Ali Palace Construction and marine works.

Construction works are completed. The budget for the project is BHD 10 million BHD. Duration 18 months.

Wasemiya and Chinese Palaces: Dredging Navigation channels, reclamation, and coastal structures. Dredging two navigation channels with a total of 2,800 KM, value id BHD 15 million BHD. Duration 24 months. Works completed.

Ras Al Qareen Jetty Construction, Dredging navigation channel, Reclamation, and coastal structures. Dredging navigation channel and constructing Jetty. The project Valu is BHD 1.2 million, duration of 5 months. Page 4 of 6

Deep Gravity Sewer (DGS) project in the northeast of Bahrain. The total length of 5.6 km. The project started in January 2020 and was completed in November 2021. The total value of the project is BHD 18 million. Responsibilities:

• Led the construction team on the site.

• Attend the weekly progress meeting and prepare the monthly progress report.

• Prepare and track the project budget, cashflow forecast review and approve the monthly invoices.

Qatar Project Management (QPM) at Lusail City Project Qatar (4 Years) October 2014 – September 2017 Position: Project Manager.

Report to: Senior Project Manager – Projects Delivery Responsibilities:

• Led and manage the construction work on site.

• Attend the monthly board meeting and prepare the presentation report.

• Prepare the weekly and monthly status and dashboard reports for the executive level.

• Led and conduct meetings with the construction team on the site.

• Led the meeting with the ministries and the relevant authorities and ensure proper communication.

• Insure applying the HSE Lusail City stander requirements, GSAS regulations, and environmental requirements.

• Led the design, construction, finishing and handover of the DAMAC Hotel in marina Lusail City. (July 2013 to Sept. 2014)

Mix use tower of a 22-storey luxury hotel, apartment/ offices; located in the prestigious Marina District of Lusail City, Post Tension Structure System; Total cost 250 million Qatar Riyal.

• Led the design, construction, finishing and handover of Fox Hills District Phase-1 and 2 at Lusail City. (May 2011 to July 2013)

Nine residential buildings (Basement, Ground floor, four typical floors) with a total of 495 apartments with a total area of 40,000 square meters with high-quality finishing work furniture and service systems – Air conditioning & cooling, sewage, water, fire & gas. All finishing & works Project Cost: QAR 700 million.

• Designed & build and handed over the infrastructure and road work in Piazza Fox Hills in Lusail City.

(Duration of implementation 6 months).

Responsibility and Achievements

• Planning and managing the execution work on site and leading the project team.

• Completed 5 million man-hours of work without lost-time injuries (LTI).

• Led the construction works of the Installation & commissioning of fuel lines for the engine room of the workshop on Egypt Air, Cairo.
