Spending time in General Industry as well as Construction, I have extensive experience in Specific Safety Auditing with multiple Software programs as well as working to determine root causes of an unsafe acts and/or conditions. General/ Typical locates not always accurate, avoiding a 12 KV TECO (Tampa Electric Co) existing power supply. Cable was off by 3 feet depth and ran 12 feet to the North. Underground scope of work (Pile cap) would have made contact with this line.)
