• As Project Manager coordinated and managed all daily activities associated with the construction of several large commercial projects in Knoxville and Alcoa, TN areas. Projects consisted of a new ground up single story facility for Alcoa Tenn Federal Credit Union along with renovations to their corporate office, a new ground up Veterinary Hospital for the Owners of Big Springs Veterinary Clinic, a new ground up 25,000 sf Eye Care and Eye Surgery Center in Lenoir City, TN, a complete renovation to a Mazda automobile dealership’s management’s offices, showroom and customer waiting area and a 120,000 sf two story addition and renovation of the existing warehouse and repair for the Stowers Caterpillar Equipment.

• Responsible for conducting weekly meetings with architects, engineers, developers, construction superintendents, Owners and Owner representatives for the purposes of addressing and identifying issues, challenges, schedules and Owner’s requests for changes in scope and design. • Worked closely with the company’s estimators and estimating department in order to gain a thorough understanding of how the project was estimated and how the costs were allocated to each scope item during the bid process.

• Responsibilities consisted of managing the day-to-day activities involved with the construction of new ground up locations and remodels for both company owned and franchised fast food concepts of Bojangles Chicken & Biscuits, Applebee’s Restaurants, Krispy Kreme Donuts and Cook Out restaurants from Florida to West Virginia.

• Worked closely with the Estimating Department to ensure that all of the scope items were defined and included in each scope classification for each bidding subcontractor and equipment vendor.
