Oversee the various departments, while maintaining a safe and enjoyable work environment. Manage 40+ staff members spread out between various departments. All operations for this business run out of a 200,000+ sq. foot facility. Varies from office space, assembly line, production area, warehouse, and 8 shipping docs. This business is on the constant change due to demand for bicycles, so everyday demands a new plan, schedule, and goals. Efficient in LEAN manufacturing to maximize productivity while simultaneously minimizing waste within a manufacturing operation. I also take those principals and apply them to other departments as needed. I am in constant contact with our various suppliers in Asia as well as within the states. Especially within the last 2 years the supply chain has been quite the challenge, we have managed to succeed during those tough times though. Efficient in website marketing, social media marketing, as well as adapting to the market to maximize sales. Coordinate the shipping logistics across the world. Track, trace, and receive weekly containers from across seas all in accordance with the CTAP. Required to meet daily goals for production, artwork, and shipping. Forecast buying power and sales for at lest 6 months in advance.

Achievements:

Was handed 150,000 sq. foot warehouse completely unorganized. After counting, verifying, and organizing over 5 million parts we were able to take on 4 times the amount of business.

Grew the facility from being able to handle 2 bike brands to 8 in under a year, which quadrupled this facilities profits.

Reduces staff needed from 41 to 31 while at the same time growing the sales and production.

Learned the entire bicycle business in only a few months. From placing parts orders with Asia to fully assembled in the USA, which landed us a contact with Walmart.

Established a new training program as well as a clear path for my employees to take to become successful within the company.
