Major Accountabilities:

Day-to-Day Activities: Receive enquiries from various sources and sourced suppliers for requested materials. Prepare Job Orders upon receipt of quotation. Maintain petty cash accounts for Vehicle and other maintenance activities. Received ordered materials and arrange delivery of materials to the end-users. Sub-Contracting: Led the purchase activities of their Civil Construction & MEP Projects as a sub-contractor and procurements of specialized materials, equipment, services and manpower for projects worth millions of dollars in the state of Qatar. General Trading: Responsible for sourcing general as well as specialized materials & spares for major clients such as Qatar Petroleum, Qatar Armed Forces, Hamad International Air-port, Hamad Medical Corporation, Qatar Foundation, Milaha (Qatar Navigation), Qatar Amiri Guard, Ministry of Interior, Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya), Mowasalat (Karwa Transport Co.), etc., etc.
