I balance that job with Mangia Mangia as of right now. I was blindsided and fired by this company that begged me to come back for the season cause they liked me from last season. I was just trying explain the register because, after I counted it down- the next day it’d be short again. So I said something and she proceeded to stand up and throw money in my face. I told her she was extremely unprofessional.

Managed day to day office functions. I was responsible for accounts payable and receivable, giving the drivers there assignments for the day. Keeping track of hours and payroll. Bus tables as patrons were done with soup, salad etc. bus tables when patrons left. Responsible for cashing patrons out as well. No other server was aloud to but me. If servers were too busy I would take whichever table servers weren’t able to get too. I learned to serve there. Eventually a small section was given to me and my serving experience was really taught to me and I was able to be given more responsibilities as I proved myself. Extremely fast paced environment.
