Responsible for the Kansas City division of a national development company.

• Overseeing two multi-family podium-built panelized projects that are in the construction phase (185 units/209 units respectively). Three projects that are in the design phase (302 units/264 units/305 units respectively). One project in the explorative phase (800+ garden style units).

• Work with city officials coordinating permits, plan reviews, special inspections, and project communication.
