Reported to the Project Manager on a team of 10 accountable for complying with explicit safety policies and procedures while focusing on identifying defects centered inside Cummins Midrange Engine Plant. Evaluated suitability, performed reviews and resolved discrepancies to support aggressive factory output, improve operational visibility, and drive process improvements.
Subject Matter Expert on plant functionality required for highly complex car motor manufacturing solutions.
Engaged with the manufacturing operations team and Engineers in finding defects from overseas parts that resulted in identifying a 97.6% rejection rate and implementing the solution before it even became a problem.
Seymour Water Pollution Control Lab – Lab Coordinator (Pretreatment & Quality Assurance) 2015-2018
Delivered operational support in areas such as production, budget, safety, testing, process improvement and compliance a class 4 wastewater facility with 10 discharging industries. Communicated cross-functionally with Storm Water & Collections Foreman, Plant Manager and Department Heads on emergency procedures, reviews and detailed analysis of equipment to support various testing phases. Extracted data from daily samples to deliver actionable strategies and reports to ensure pretreatment testing was within limits so adjustments could be made before reports were sent to IDEM, EPA and State & Federal agencies.
