- Conduct daily critical care rounds with staff and residents, providing

clinical guidance and education on diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis

of critically ill patients.

- Perform bedside surgical tracheostomies for patients with prolonged

mechanical ventilation or upper airway obstruction.

- Participate in scientific medical research projects on topics related to
