*Develop procedural guidance and instructions on travel and related regulations for the installations and or activities.

*Handle unusual and difficult movements, i.e., units may require travel to seldom used overseas locations, some of which have no established traffic routes and require complex, special routings.

P re-audits bills concerned with the above characteristics. Movements are primarily by bus, air, and AMC/Cat Z and many movements (approximately 50 percent) are not recurrent and do not follow an established pattern.

*Reviews carriers submitted bills on the basis of careful tariff inspection to insure, prior to approval of payments, that any correction required or made in the billing is authorized in the tariff.
