•Receive customer service orders detailing the scope of service, bandwidth, location, equipment required, etc., from the construction and estimating department, then build finished requirements into AutoCAD Prints

•Build visual route in AT&T proprietary database software from AutoCAD prints – using point to point connections depicting the most expeditious routes, via roads and terrain, poles, manholes, enclosures, buildings, etc., all within the connection ring, determining fiber type, amount, and required through put for customer requirements, then test connections by “shooting” route with light signal from origination point to customer connection

•Correct all “Trouble Ticket” connection issues, service changes, and Customer disconnections.
