Led company providing transformation and organizational change management coaching, guidance and support to the senior levels at Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU,) and governmental agencies. Assessed processes and developed best practices for workforce planning and skill-based talent management.

Led OCM/Strategic Communications for IT Program Management Office (PMO) for Peraton, a provider of communications, space, and technology solutions.
