Facility Condition Assessments of 14 VA Hospital campuses (304 buildings) in multiple states. Systems inspections of Air Force Hangars in multiple states, 1,400 room VA hospital HVAC renovation and more. PLUMBING: Designs include:

All facets of plumbing primarily for Government, Hospitals and Commercial buildings.

Projects include office buildings, BEQ’s, BOQ’s, hospitals, commercial kitchens, schools,

National Gallery of Art, Architect of Congress, hotels, 2.2 million sf legionella study of a VA Hospital which included acting as project lead of 6 teams of engineer surveyors, for a legionella study using Revit and AutoCAD for the drawing documents.

System types, capabilities in High Temperature Water design, all Lab Gas systems, Liquid Nitrogen systems, De-ionized Water systems, SCUBA air compressor systems, compressed air distribution systems, grease interceptor, oil/water separators, lift stations, acid neutralization tanks, grey water design, solar heating design and more.
