Experience since 1989 where I worked with my uncle learning a trade for 4 years. I have been building homes, remodeling, doing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. In the early 90s I worked for my uncle building approximately 40 homes. During winter months. I would work for all the subcontractors that was part of his five house rotation. I’ll explain in an interview. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, concrete. So I have no journeyman certificates in those trades, I do possess certificates as a carpenter and a millwright. This experience has allowed me to easily navigate through different jobs in construction. Going through residential, commercial, and land development. When I remodeled and built homes I didn’t necessarily need sub-contractors to perform work for me. This has made me an asset in the construction industry.
