After Creating the PO and provide to Vendor for creating the invoice and submit to VHD within 15 Days of TAT.

After Submission of Invoice in BIL we checked and serving with other for Clearing the invoice and submit to HO.

Negotiation of Rates with Vendor for Transportation (Head load/Km/Lorry).

Invoices which are hold at HO we are following up against and redirect the invoice for Payment.
