Lead Network Services PMO with a dedicated staff of five (5) for BellSouth contracted through Accenture (Big 4) Consulting. The portfolio valuation was $250 million dollars comprised of approximately 120 Project/Program Managers working towards the Big Picture Initiative for multiple business units and contracted vendors.

Streamlined reporting from the PMO to the Executive Team by leading team in the design and development of a PPM Tool in SharePoint. This resulted in a reduction in cycle time from 45 days to 5 days (velocity 9 turns) by developing training manuals for Project & Program Managers. By launching this SharePoint PPM Tool this provided real time visibility to the Executive Team for AIR Log resolution eliminating costly process bottlenecks, resulting in improvement of approximately 40% projects/programs achieving baselined targets.

Merger acquisition by Barclays required a PMO be set-up for the consolidation of 75 applications from the Lehman Brothers platform. This was coordinating with domestic and international cross-functional team members tasks required for the Front, Middle & Back offices. The value proposition of the consolidation of the two (2) platforms resulted in an approximate productivity improvement to Barclays of $30 million dollars by sunset of IBM Servers on Lehman Brothers platform.

Managed multiple subsidiaries for the Bank of New York as a Senior Budget & Cost Analyst to track budgeted vs actual performance for corporate headquarters at 48 Wall Street, acting as liaison with Controller tracking monthly variances with explanations. Plus worked as an Accountant, Auditor and Mortgage Assistant Manager in banking.

Responsible for interim solutions pertinent to Video Engineering (VE) for DirecTV divesture from AT&T.
