At John Deere I started off stocking the lines and operating forklifts then made my way up to the team lead position. As team lead, I made sure everyone was doing their tasks and assigned people to their designated areas to work for the night. We had to scan parts to the right rack and I monitored everyone’s progress from their scanners through the computer.
