Senior Vice President, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging 10/2021 – 7/2022 Responsible for the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) workforce and curriculum diversity strategy for a Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math (STEM) focused non-profit that specializes in Engineering, Computer and Biomedical science career pathways for over 2.2M students and 1,900 programs nationwide.

• In first 60 days, unified the company’s first policy stance on the use of pronouns and trained sixty-five (65) senior leaders and middle managers on inclusive practices.

• Executed a quarterly DEIB speaker series that drew 100% senior leadership attendance and 96% team member engagement.

• Chaired the creation of a fifteen (15) member internal Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Advisory Council to advance inclusion, belonging, and employee engagement.

• During Q3, increased candidate diversity pool by 25% after creating and implementing a DEIB internal and external communication strategy to support cultural awareness via social media.

• Forged strategic partnerships with twenty (20) minority owned organizations to support diverse pipelines.

• Created a $1M social responsibility and DE&I partnership with Amazon to aid Covid-19 relief. Resulted in digital equity for 500 students and staff plus $650K in supplies for eligible families.

• Successfully navigated four (4) national and high-profile DE&I public relations crises.

• Project managed the creation of an externally facing interactive equity dashboard that highlighted workforce engagement and student success indicators.
