Partner with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Payroll Stakeholders objectives and develop appropriate data visualizations / dashboards using Excel to provide them with meaningful insights to achieve their objectives.

Extract data from additional Human Resources Systems (Workday and Wyntime), identify key data fields and consolidate these multiple data sets with the existing data to create a singular data source.
