Regional Operations Leader (East / West) 2022 – Present

Served as interim nationwide operations leader for 9 months, overseeing operations at 12 commercial HVAC rental facilities with $25M operations budget and $175M total revenue.

Directly oversee 6 geographically-separated Area Managers to ensure all commercial HVAC rental facilities operate safely, in compliance with Trane standards while delivering customer expectations.
