DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervision of Spool Fabrication, which includes dimensional and quality checking.

Control of receiving, in-process and final inspection activities.

Carry out visual & dimensional inspection activities.

Preparation and control of documentation in accordance with relevant procedures.

Job follow ups and verifying test certificates for raw materials inspection.

Final inspection & approval for clearance.

Collation of all Quality, Inspection and Test reports verification of materials.

Carryout all maintenance works after taking relevant safety permits and follows company HSE policies.

Ensures coordination between various divisions, sections and disciplines during execution of maintenance plan established for static equipments, to ensure that all act in harmony for smooth execution of shutdown.

Submit daily activity report.

Prepare checklist for maintenance of equipments.

Preparation of integrity checklist, check and provide feedback, Corrective action/Recommendations and follow-up/updating records for each equipments.

Quality Assurance of welding of Piping like fit up, visual, DP testing, Hydro test and Pneumatic test.

Maintenance of quality pipeline works like hydrogen line, pressure vessel line including visual welding inspection, hydro test, analysis of radiography test etc.

Expertise in handling the complete maintenance activities entailing inspection, testing and documentation.

Ensure satisfactory identification of material, proper protection of piping and fittings

Verify proper size, scheduled pipe, rating of flanges, proper flange face and fittings

Perform inspection for piping line check and prepare categorized punch lists

Inspecting the package to minimize the punches of QC to finish inspections as soon as possible

Preparing As-built drawing as per the site modifications

Final walk down with client prior to handing over and prepare punch list for the incomplete work

Coordinating with engineering team to update the isometrics

Listing outstanding packages for inspections and following u with the sub- contractor supervisor to complete the package inspection without any delay

Carry out water flushing, air blowing or mechanical cleaning as required

Verify pressure gauges, safety relief valve calibration certificates.

Ensure the equipment protection which is stored in the ware house

Checking Insulation activities, quality control

Understanding ISO, P&IDs, equipment drawings, and vendor drawings

Responsible for monitoring and checking site installations to ensure its adherence to drawings and specifications.
