PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
I was employed by Infinite Energy, Incorporated, Gainesville, Florida, as a Print Production Technician in the Billing Operations and my position was abolished December 2012. I ran the day to day functional billing production for the Fulfillment Center receiving, printing, inserting and metering bills, letters and notices issued from all departments. I documented data for all market bills, letters and notices into daily, weekly and monthly reports and submit them to management for executive review at their weekly meeting. I charted the data on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as well for trends and analysis review. I was previously a Technical Writer developing and documenting specifications, user guides and quality system program and procedures for the company and its software products. As a civilian government employee (GS1910/12), ensured the provision of product quality management and ISO 9000/MIL-Q-9858/DOD consultant services to a diverse defense industrial base of private industry corporations in order to guarantee continuous improvement and manage various audits and government contracted products. Responsible for4-16 certified auditors (representing all military services, contractors and vendors) as a quality systems lead auditor. I audited more advanced quality systems criteria which included environmental, safety, quality costs, warranty performance, customer satisfaction, ethics, business planning and continuous improvements elements. Spearheaded the implementation of company audits, conducted daily and final closeout briefings with corporate top and middle management, and oversaw statistical process controls (SPC), corrective action, strategic planning, quality audits, problem solving, customer satisfaction and process improvements. Reviewed and approved quality indicator metrics measuring product, process and administrative functions used to evaluate continuous improvements. I performed these product quality management functions on assigned complex items. Other duties included production/process issue resolution, work loading, staffing, cost analysis, budgeting, testing, production and procurement support. Performed quality system reviews at metal and component parts commercial producers, army depots, chemical facilities and load, assemble and pack plants.
