Sewer Smoke Tester

●We were working directly with saws – San Antonio Water Systems

●I would have to GPS fault points and enter location information into my laptop.

●Open the sewer lids and manhole covers to get to the pipes.

●Place lawnmower head into the hole and use non- toxic smoke bombs to light off smoke to blow down in sewers.

●Then as a team we would walk the streets and alleyways to find smoke coming out of cracks in the streets and from yards.

●This procedure would allow us to check for breaks and defaults in the U Joints and P Traps.

Headlight Kit Maker/

●I was a slitter which means I was cutting the film that goes on the cars and trucks into the lengths of 6”, 12”,18”,24”,36”,48” inches including tint specials and after finishing I would print out labels to put on the inside and outside of the rolls.

●I moved up to the Headlight Department and became the LEAD Plotting Technician in which I would plot patterns on the pc screen using two out full sheets from the barrel of 30 mil film and run through adhesive and cut sheet in two.

●Then I would place one half on the table and everything plotted on the pc was transferred to side table to cut out kits.

●Then different head and tail light patterns were made and I was able to bag and put kits together, label, and take to shipping with paperwork.

●Produce kits depending on order numbers, singles, overnight, ground, next day shipping.
