RESPONSIBILITIES:

I am responsible for achieving the targeted production and timely delivery of material, which meet the business unit’s objectives of volume, quality, safety and profitability and to facilitate continuous product / process improvements. Overall responsible for Inspection, Mending&Packing of Greige and Finish Fabrics. Also handing the greige stock around18 lac and Issuance of process house around 1.20 lac mtr/day. Responsible for all the activities of Greige& Finish fabric packing according to the customer requirement and shipment schedule.Also responsible for all decision on day to day basis like_ labor ratio, cost/mtr, maintain the wastage level, Production efficiency, Fresh recovery, material handling and procurements, shortfall status, damages review with respective HOD and taking the decision for final disposal, responsible to fulfill all the compliance.

Worked with Bombay Dyeing in Ranjangaon As a Manager in finish folding &Packing, Ware House, Dispatch from January2012 to December2012.

Worked with Alok Industries as Ware House Manager at Vapi Distt. Valsad from june,2008 to2010. This is one of the biggest group for Textile Apparel with wide range of products in Apparel with perfect & latest technology for Dyeing & Printing and aim to be no.1 in country in a very short period.

WORKING EXPERIENCE :-

Worked with weavetex overseas, Khekra Plant as Folding Incharge (Grey &Finish Inspection& ware House) from july’2005to june’2008.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

I am responsible for achieving the targeted production and timely delivery of material, which meet the business unit’s objectives of volume, quality, safety and profitability and to facilitate continuous product / process improvements. Handling Automatic Inspection Machine (EVS)I-Tex . Overall responsible for Inspection & Mending of Greige Fabric.

Knowledge of all the process from Raw Material(Cotton, PV Blend, PC Blend & Lycra) to Finish Fabric.
