Organized and adaptable professional with considerable working experience in various office environments. My attention to detail and excellent time management skills means that every task is completed efficiently and to the highest possible standard. I have a calm and patient disposition meaning that gives me the ability to work interact and coordinate other personnel effectively and focus on the task at hand. While here, I was responsible for staff coordination, conducting of meetings, managing payments including processing and recording transaction like cheques, updating ledges, assisting with procurement and bidding process, fielding communications with clients vendors, answering phones and resolving discrepancies, processing the mails, and other duties as needed
●Generation of weekly and monthly reports on the work/projects done
●Managing staff relations through providing relevant information from management as well as handling issues raised as concerns their working environment.
●Purchasing ICT bids for the company and make follow ups on the successful ones
●Organizing company meetings through coordination with different departments.
