Collaborated with a dozen of managers/head of various departments in planning, implementing, assessing plans and programs of both the Retirement Community and the Methodist Hospital of Chicago.

Worked with ministry site supervisors of field education students as well as site committees that provide support and guidance to seminarians.

Conducted physical and online visits to ministry site of each student.

Served as spokesperson for the seminary and liaison between the seminary and ministry sites.

Supervised seminary students field education works.

Facilitated weekly theological reflection of Field Education students both in classroom and online.
