Main Duties Performed:

Performed regular measures and assessing patients vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature and oxygen saturation levels.

Accurately documenting and recording patient’s vital signs.

To identify any abnormal concerning vital signs reading.

To assess patients overall condition, such as pain levels, mental status and general well being.

Collaborated and communicated with other health care professionals, such as doctors, nurses and technicians to ensure coordinated patient care.
