Summary of Job Responsibilities

I am responsible for providing field problem solutions and control room as well, startups and shutdown strategic handling and jobs supervisions with absolute safety procedures, keeping well coordination with other departments during work.

Responsible for the safe and efficient maintenance of all associated equipment in accordance with manufacturer procedures, technical guidelines perspective and operating directives in effect.

Consult manufacturer’s manual to determine test & maintenance procedure for instruments used for measuring & controlling flow, level, pressure, temperature and other variables in manufacturing and processing. Repair and adjust system components or remove and replace defective parts.

Perform preventive maintenance work and complete test and maintenance reports.

Equipment inspection, configuration, repair and testing/troubleshooting of instrument & system, diagnose fault takes remedy using precision testing devices to ensure smooth safe and sound operation.

Calibrate instruments according to manufacturer's specification and company calibration procedures.

Designation: Instrument & Control Supervisor

Duration: July - 2020 to 30-March-2023.

Involved in drawing review and as-built preparation for final handover to client, all instrument related contractor drawings & vendor documents to check and review/correct with reference to company standard and considering site actual condition. Good in handling instrument & loop, data sheet, P&IDs, wiring diagrams etc.,

Involved in the testing, Commissioning, and plant start-up activities.

Carryout Assigned tasks related to daily planned, preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance activities and assisting in plants process startups and participate in shut down/Turn around Maintenance.

Title of Project: 200MW Open Cycle Rafha Power Plant # 2 which included Erection &commissioning of 2x70MW New Siemens Turbines SGT6-2000E (CO) & Relocation of 2x30MW GE Turbines.

Scope of work: EPC Contractor.

Client: Saudi Electricity Company.

Status: Two Siemens Turbines Completed & Plant in operation through DCS. (Siemens Gas Turbines Units # 3 & 4):

Responsibilities:

Execution of all I & C related erection & commissioning activities in both Siemens Units with the Team of Technicians.

Involved in the installation of Siemens GT instruments like pressure switches, Temperature Transmitters, level sensors, Speed sensors, Vibration sensors, Solenoid valves, Control valves, Humming sensors & Flame scanners etc. according to the drawings.

Cold loop testing and commissioning with Siemens I& C commissioning Team.

Assistance in trouble shooting to the Siemens Commissioning team for the First Fire of both units.

Familiar with Siemens SPAA T3000 work bench for operation of GT.

Clearance of Punch list prepared by Siemens & SEC.

Involved in the internal loop & I/O’s testing from Control cabinets to Marshalling Cabinets.
