• While employed by The Judge Group, contracted to manage ARC’s Alexandria Program Team with up to 50+ contractor resources (on and offshore) and a budget of $4.4 Million to provide Business Intelligence solutions utilizing MS Power BI over multiple data sources and standardized core data models.

• Managed the Disaster Cycle Services/Long Term Recovery Operations Project Team, utilizing hybrid-Agile methodology, to develop an efficient automated end-to-end solution for expedited processing of disaster data from FEMA, state, and county agencies as well as damage assessments from ARC Hotshots to provide relief to client individuals affected by disasters (e.g., Hurricane Irma, Harvey, Florence, Michael, and California Wildfires to name a few). ARC is now able to electronically drop money into client accounts 15 minutes from the match of client registrations with damage assessments (when it used to take 40 days).

• Worked with the Executive Director, Director of Business Intelligence, and Chief Architect to drive consistency across all the dashboard projects using standards and best practices around communications, documentation, reporting templates, and status tracking and reporting.
