Transferred Candidate data which gets created in E- recruitment server back in to HCM(ECC) and stored them in HR infotypes by performing "Data Transfer for New Employees" assigned this activity "6000" to required HR Process through TCode: SPRO-> SAP E-Recruiting->Recruitment->Applicant Tracking->Assign Activity Types to Recruitment Processes. Then the data resides in a temporary table T752F in the HR server, Then through TCode PA48 hired the candidates in HR system with Enhancements by mapping the data to the respective fields.

Canada benefits Interface:

The purpose of this interface is to provide Benefit data from SAP to ADP Canada for the support of Payroll and Benefit administration. This is an outbound flat file that is sent daily (same time as ADP Canada Demographic) from PeopleSoft to ADP Canada.File is transferred between Capgemini and ADP Canada via SFTP transmission method, in which ADP picks up PGP-encrypted files at the Capgemini SFTP server.

Employee and cost rate data to GFS: An interface is needed between SAP and GFS (Global Financial Services) to transmit employee and Cost Rate data to GFS in order to keep GFS employee’s database up to date. Capgemini’s financial system (GFS) requires specific employee information to be interfaced from HR System and stored in the GFS database in order to process various financial and reporting transactions. This Interface will be for both the US and Canada.

Infotype enhancement: Add Custom Fields for IT0759 (compensation process) to add VC payout Details section with respect to subtype - Compensation Review Item Staff VC Payout.

Conversion program: A upload program to upload VC Proration’s in IT0759.

Compensation Planning work sheet enhancement: HRBP column need to be display on Compensation Planning worksheet of MSS in Portal. Currently this column is not available on SAP standard compensation Planning worksheet. (Example FM given by SAP HRWPC_CB_MANAGER_NAME).

Developed a BSP Pages to enable security features to the SUBSEA7 employees, main aim of the object is to find the employee is genuine or not, who is needed quick assistance on emergency cases.
