As their Director of Facilities I:

• Was responsible for $90M commercial building construction and $9.5M in remodeling.

• Supervised and trained staff of 17 facility coordinators in all practices and procedures.

• Developed a comprehensive Building Continuity Plan for 62 buildings following a merger, and facility management for 17 other facilities/190,000 s.f.

I designed The Woods Condominium project which required expertise as a land developer, and I also built the houses that when completed consisted of a small neighborhood of affordable and accessible single-family homes.
