Established and runs Production Company geared toward publishing, screenplay writing, with an umbrella reserved for music production. Formulated outline of an autobiography, wrote and edited. Created title, designed cover and oversaw publishing and production. Self-taught screenplay development and converted book to a screenplay upon request by William Morris Endeavors, and Reese Witherspoon.

• The book, Feigning Dead Turtle, (under pseudonym) was widely received by numerous publishing production companies.

Responsible for complete land Development Life Cycle from inception to final sale. Conducted perc testing, plat design, permitting review, and commissioner review. Nexus EnergyHomes Inc., Stevensville, MD 2009 – 2013 Senior Vice President, Public Relations and Marketing Oversaw all aspects of architecting and developing the Net Zero Home concept. Worked with National Assoc. of Home Builders Research Center and Dept. of Energy to design and develop Net Zero Energy homes. Researched and designed geothermal and solar technology, and hurricane proof, Structurally Insulated Panels (SIP). Conceptualized COTS software for smart home systems that allowed homeowners to manage energy production and consumption. Served as Public Relations Representative and Executive Ambassador of Nexus EnergyHomes. Cultivated relationships with local community associations, government, and commercial organizations.
