Work Experience:

Craftsmen Industries Inc. - Graphics Production Coordinator 2019-2023 I am in charge of vehicle and fleet graphics. I also handle any graphics projects that come across my desk from multiple sales people. This entails producing estimates in our Cyrious software for the customers and salespeople. I research sources and suppliers to negotiate the best price and quality from vendors I have cultivated relationships with. I collect and compare all the quotes for review. Upon approval of the estimate, I convert them into Work Orders, produce purchase orders and send them to the appropriate vendors for production and installations. During this part of the project, I coordinate with a variety of vendors, project managers, and employees (within and outside) the company to get the project completed within critical time frames. Projects come from across the country and I often have to source installations outside the local area, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and installers nationwide. I provide personal quality control on every project including on-site measuring, installation supervision and solving all related issues to ultimately maintain the customer's graphic standards.

Graphics Factory – Vehicle Graphics Account Manager 2011-2019 I met with clients, developed price estimates in Cyrious software, based on our meetings, delivered the bids to clients and secured the orders. Meetings for bids included site surveys, measuring trucks, inspecting vehicles and gathering all data needed to accurately bid, design and execute the project. I entered the bid specs in Cyrious software, worked with designers on accuracy of details to meet customers’ expectations and ensured proper instructions for the print department. I supervised the print production process to ensure color and design accuracy and the correct print materials needed for each job. I managed the installation schedule for all departments, matched the installers to the proper jobs based on each individual’s skill levels and visited sites again to execute quality control during installation and upon completion. Save on Mail – Account Manager 2010 to 2011

I learned the details of the shipping and mailing side of the Marketing industry by managing all in-house commercial accounts. This included meeting with clients during the design phase of their marketing campaigns to determine the best plan for their goals, providing bids and timelines for completion of their projects and completing their marketing campaigns as planned. I attended Chamber of Commerce meetings to meet new clients and acted as liaison for the company to develop relationships within the community. I also worked with Fed-Ex, UPS and the United States Post Office to learn their rules, requirements and processes. Ervin Marketing Creative Communications – Vice President, Purchasing 2001 to 2009 I collaborated with entire office team to develop marketing plans for clients. Fulfilling the plans included selecting correct vendors with the needed expertise for each specific project or event, negotiating with vendors for the best pricing on premiums, venues, printing, mailings, etc. per marketing plan. I then developed project estimates and presented them to the sales executive on the account and our clients with a timeline for completion. Upon the sale, I worked as a liaison between the client, sales executive and the team to coordinate all aspects of the plan. During the course of the project, I viewed final proofs and samples to approve prior to printing, attended press checks for web, sheet-fed, digital and silkscreen printing and utilized extensive quality control and proofreading to ensure all details were accurate to specifications and all use of proprietary products was legal.
