Gogo – Worldwide-leader of Wi-Fi In-Flight Connectivity (IFC) and In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) to Commercial Airline segment.

Supported Gogo Aircraft Maintenance Control Center in planning, routing, scheduling, and dispatching all Gogo Wi-Fi equipped aircraft (3,500) Planned Maintenance activities to ensure Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), Customer Airline, and Gogo’s compliance requirements were met.

Managed monthly updating of GogoVision (GGV) IFE product for Gogo’s largest customer, Delta Airlines (1,200+ aircraft).

Included dispatching of mainline and regional jet aircraft to 11 maintenance airbases used for the GGV upgrades, utilizing Delta’s Intranet site to direct routing.

Managed 11 Delta Leads at 11 maintenance airbases, ensuring station manpower at acceptable level and nightly completion reports turned in on time and accurate within my stringent guidelines.

Developed efficient SOPs which reduced required manpower from 3 to 1 to complete this monthly task.

Consistently met monthly requirement by Delta of Gogo to update 90% of the available fleet within 10 days of receipt of USBs at Maintenance bases.

Performance prevented Gogo from facing a 6-figure payment penalty each month over a span of 5-plus years.

Managed the monthly/bi-monthly updating of our GGV product on 150 American Airlines' regional jets and 180 United Airlines' regional jets.

Ensured complete and accurate documentation for all maintenance work performed on customer aircraft by auditing electronic logs (SmartSheet) and entries into ERP (Navision), M&E (ServiceNow), and customers’ M&E systems.
