PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure implementation of Admin & Disciplinary Policies/SOP’s at all levels, at all times.
To ensue and regulate the proper and timely scheduling of all departments under Admin jurisdiction, are being done on monthly basis for implementation of personal rosters for a month.
To remain available for handling any emergency/exigency in CGH premises in coordination with Security Staff/Police/Rangers.
To coordinate with all Govt. departments-KE, SSGC, KW&SB, KMC, KDA, Police and Rangers as and when required basis with the knowledge of Sr.Manager Admin & Services.
All inward/outward correspondences with outside departments to be properly recorded / saved and kept informed the Sr. Manager Admin & Services.

Daily checkout complaints register, sign and show once in a week to Sr. Manager Admin & Services.
To Supervise, Power Generation operation through the KE/Generators being provided without interruption to all CGH facilities.

To ensure that daily complaints received from departments/wards, are attempted and rectified by maintenance department in a specific frame of time.

To arrange schedule maintenance of vehicles, keeping vigilant watch over tax expiry dates and insurance papers of the vehicles.
