Senior IT Global Support Analysis

- Identified software needing to be updated, implemented the process to update software and monthly patch process.

- Evaluated software that was not needed, saved the company thousands of dollars.

Implemented the process to remove unnecessary software.

Implemented the process for users to request software not on the approval list.

-Identified the need for a Hardware Disposal process, implemented the process to check if hardware was still under warranty. This saved the company thousands of dollars.
