Main functions are to process all carrier invoices, reconciling load information to the purchase orders, then send for payment processing. Processed approximately 300 invoices per week while completing other tasks as they arise.

Update jobsite information as we acquire new jobs. Dispatch trucks. Work weekends completing carrier invoices. Most times working 55-65 hours per week.
