RETAIL SALES & OPERATIONS DIRECTOR San Marcos, California

Liquified over $250K of aged inventory via sales, marketing and advertising campaigns resulting in less than a 5% non-moving inventory ratio for 5 years standing.

Orchestrated multimedia marketing and event campaigns to propel brand awareness, accelerate customer traffic, secure customer loyalty, and create competitive advantage over competition. Annually increased sales by $100K.

Catapulted the worst performing store in its region into the top 20% by increasing item per ticket sales to 3.0 and tripling monthly gross sales within 13 months despite a corporate environment of generally declining sales.

Further decreased Warranty and Repair claims by 55% along with a 40% decrease in Inventory returns.

Implemented a Business Development Call Center (BDC), creating a dedicated Team of 6 to 10 Callers who regularly exceeded their specified daily quotas of 100 outbound calls per day. The steady flow of 600 to 1,000 outbound calls increased customer referrals, aided in streamlining a more consistent sales process for each Customer and the recorded calls created ample opportunity for me to incorporate weekly one-on-one coaching and group role playing scenarios which stripped away all fears, created comradery amongst a newly developing team, and catapulted Customer attendance at events. Within four months, the Dealership received its first ever CSI National Customer Satisfaction Rating of 100%, placing us in the top 10% of Worldwide Dealerships for the first time in history.
