Personal Statement: As a lifelong athlete and educator who has always had a passion for health and fitness, I decided three years ago to get my health coaching license with Dr. Stephen Cabral at the Integrative Health Institute out of Boston, Mass. My goal is to help educate people as well as help people navigate a health industry that can be very confusing. I approach each client with the utmost pride and respect for them wanting to take control of their health and are asking for help. I meet people where they are at and gradually increase expectations and understanding as they progress to meet their goals. I DO believe in conventional medicine but I also believe in understanding the root cause to” Dis-ease” in the body and dealing with it naturally. Helping people become the healthiest version of themself in a natural, personally empowering way with a program that meets each person where they are at is what I am most passionate about.
