Conducted comprehensive engineering/structural building inspections of all company owned properties, & eventually prepared for sale due to Mr. Robert Beckenstein’s (owner) passing.

Arranged through the NYS Dept. of Corrections to hire select inmates to paint college properties, saving thousands of dollars. Negotiate through Human Technologies Corp. a local Mental Health agency that employs developmentally disabled people to perform summer cleaning of all housing properties. Redesigned the exterior landscape, housing complex signage (new logo), building aesthetics that prompted a new housing brochure that resulted in full occupancy with a waiting list. Guided the Weinberg campus through a flawless comprehensive NYS Dept. of Health inspection within my first 2 months of employment, with no prior heath care organization experience.
