Maintenance services for 284 plus commercial stores spread across Dubai, Fujairah, RAK, Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain Handling maintenance services / activities for Diesel Stores, Fred Berry and MH Alshaya

Site In sections and preparing snag reports and submitting the same to Engineer / FM with suggestions be for handover of the stores from fit out contractors.

Troubleshoot the daily maintenance issues related to MEP Assisting client in works related to plumbing and carpentry.

Ensure proper PPE share used by the team assessing the risk related to a new job an implementing method to reduce the risk and thereby removing any unsafe job.

Discuss and prepare Succession and Holiday planner for the team.

Encourage team members in multi-tasking and learn new skills from other team members.

Ensure more revenue by doing more reactive and quotation jobs within house team itself.

Prepare and maintain a proper schedule for maintenance and reactive jobs by liaising with Admin, Store Managers and Client.

Update and maintain asset records of the company whenever we purchase or dispose of and manage the company Storehouse in a proper way.

Overseeing physical security and guiding security guards, housekeeping staffs, support staffs, electricians & AC operators. Ensuring proper upkeep of the facility along with space planning and allocation of the seats and providing seating reports to branch heads.

Provide administrative support to the leadership team, intra-departments, other branch admin and the general office.

Vendor / Purchase Management:

Identifying and developing a dedicated and alternate vendor source for a chieving cost effective purchases of materials and reduction in delivery time. Liaising & meeting with external vendors / suppliers.

Planning and timely Procurement of items for the Client as per the purchase policy.

Responsible to prepare monthly / annually admin budget and submit reports to the concerned.

Manage and maintain the vendor contracts, renewal of vendor contracts, lease agreements, renewal of lease agreements and AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contracts).

Assessing& monitoring the performance of the vendors based on various criteria such as percentage of rejections, quality improvement rate, timely delivery, credit terms, etc.

Negotiating with vendors for acquiring the best price under the guidelines of the policy and procedures set by the company.

Preparing comparative statement basis, the proposals received from vendors and recommending to management with proper justification. Processing vendor payment as per the contractual terms and necessary approvals and maintains records of all payments & bills of the vendor.

Preparing the RFQ, Comparative statement, Purchas committee minutes and then after releasing the LPO to the vendor after getting the approval for management.

Ensuring that purchase order, vendor bill, travel & expense claims, requisitions and check requests are submitted on time.

Health & Safety Task (Worked as a HSE representative)

Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations.

Ensure a safe workplace environment without the risk to health.

Liaise with external health and safety authorities.

Ensure that all Health & Safety policies, procedure, rules, and regulations are adhered and regularly reviewed, updated, and communicated.
