Responsible to file and discuss with all team members every time there is a new memorandum, announcement or notice from the management and other departments.

7. Responsible to submit a written performance evaluation report of each staff to the Management Representative every end of each month for assessment. 8. Ensure that all team members shall have transportation services and shall coordinate with the respective driver any change in timing or schedule of staff and branch assignment.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

1. To offer the best customer service particularly in assisting customers in person or over the phone.
