My name is Luke James Curtain, I'm 16 years old and I study at bexhill college. I've loved sports most of my life and

in particular football which I've played for 9 years. 'm disciplined and willing to listen to any criticism to help me

improve; this was due to me participating in karate for S years. In recent years I've started weight lifting and have built

an obsession for working out with weights. I care greatly about my phys

al wellbeing, I'm always pushing myself

every day to work out even when I don't want to. This is important to me as I believe it's good to be out of your

comfort zone in order to develop as a person.

© Gardening is something which is physically demanding and can be exhausting. I was expected to do weeding,

trimming bushes and help cut hedges. Ihave a dedicated mindset; even when working outside in the extreme

heat, I kept on working and pushed myself to do the best job possible.
