their digital road map.
• Lead / oversee implementa ons of

• Manage and build a working
rela onship with the func onal SPOC,
func onal stakeholders, internal /
external delivery teams.
• Classify new requirements that come in
via the DI process as digital ini a ves or
BAU change requests.
• Work with the func ons on priori zing
their ini a ves.
• Architect solu ons for business
problems collabora ng with technical
leads.
• Own the system solu on from
incep on to delivery.
• Work with func onal counterparts and
func onal project manager to present at
func onal digital working commi ee and
func onal work stream review mee ngs
on digital transforma on status.
• Serve as the SME for all IT applica ons
for their respec ve func on.
