Project Manager

Provided client-facing program and project management support on IBM Strategic Outsourcing (SO) client accounts in the healthcare, bioscience/medical products, transportation and distribution industries. Managed complex enterprise-level steady state RFS (request for service) infrastructure projects from conception to implementation.
