which allows me to be good with speaking with

customers. can pick up on bar quite quick due

to all our bars having different set outs.

also work at The Point in Sunderland which is

an event venue so im extremely comfortable

dealing with a large amount of customers at a

single time, this could include managing tickets

or the flow of customers in and out the

venue.Due to working across so many bars i

have become extremely comfortable across all

groups of people (this ranges from people who

enjoy rock/metal all the way to people who

enjoy raves) this means iam now able to easily

speak to everyone and find a common ground

with them making them feel more comfortable

talking to me as a staff member. This has also

allowed me to help to diffuse situations which

may start to become quite heated.
